🧵 Order Processing

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Hyderabad: Same‑day dispatch for orders placed before 4 PM on business days.
  • No shipments on weekends and public holidays.
  • Tracking details are sent via email and WhatsApp. Please note tracking details take upto 24hrs to update on the link shared.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Shipping costs depend on destination and package weight.
  • Import taxes, duties, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Typical customs duty ranges from 10–30%, depending on country.
  • Any carrier fees paid on your behalf will require reimbursement.

📦 If Your Package Looks Damaged

  1. Do NOT accept the delivery.
  2. Return the package to the delivery person.
  3. Take a photo of the damaged package if possible.
  4. Email support@mykaladhar.com with your Order ID.

Note: Once you accept delivery, we assume the package was received in good condition. All products are packed in secure, tamper‑proof packaging.
